I have bought a number of cd’s ( mainly re-issue Beatles titles) that have an extra track ( after the music) that contains a mini documentary about the album. But inserted into the SuperDrive - it shows nothing but the music tracks. I tried opening in QuickTime, Finder, VLV , Preview and of course Apple Music. It’s bugging me because it has done this on a number of CD’s. About five to date. Does anyone know why this is happening or a workaround ( although - they should just show up!) ?

Just a guess… the CDs are partitioned somehow where the music tracks are on a partition formatted as a standard audio CD but the documentary is on a partition formatted for a PC. Your super drive can’t read that partition as it lives in a Mac. Even if you could access that partition the files are likely less than compatible with Macs.
