I am considering getting a 2.4GHz Mac Mini. One thing I have been spoiled with on my PC is running multi-monitors, I have three! I was wondering if I can run dual monitors with the Mac mini by using the HDMI port for one display and the "Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter" for the other display? If not, will the over priced "Mini DisplayPort to Dual-Link DVI Adapter" support dual monitors along with supporting the huge 30" monitor?

Yes, you can run dual monitors. If one of your monitors is 30", it will require the more expensive Mini DisplayPort to dual-link DVI adapter (for what it's worth, OWC has it on sale for $75). The HDMI port will not drive the 30". If you want a third monitor and don't need CoreImage acceleration, there are a few usb-to-DVI adapters to chose from (again, OWC has two to choose from here and here). I don't use them myself, but if you really want a no-frills 3rd screen, the option is there.

Then I am good, I have a 23" and and 25", both run at 1920x1080. How I have to decide if I am going to pull the trigger or not
