iPad mini Surface-like keypad cases

I'm buying an iPad Mini, and I'm wondering if there are any keyboard cases that are like the one on the MS Surface? I've seen on some of the so-called ultra-thin keyboard. I understand the problem with battery power etc, but shouldn't is be possible to really make something ultrathin now with the low-powered bluetooth?

I don't think their would be any battery problems. The one for the larger iPad worked great.
