Universal Surveillance app with motion detection?

Hi I have an old iPad I want to use as some kind of surveillance at our storage room so I know what I have in stock (on a daily basis). The "problem" is that the place is completely dark 95% of the time, so I need the app to take images whenever the light is on (usual motion by other people entering the room). Does such app exist? I have looked but found nothing.

Presence Pro may be worth a look. Definitely has motion detection.

Another option is a cheap (~$35-45) security camera like YiHome that also has night vision. I've used Presence for the last year, but it is not as reliable. However you can test it out Presence with the free version and see if it fits your requirements.
