It may be just a coincidence, but it's been happening over a long period of time and on multiple Macs:
• On a new macOS installation, after I install 5KPlayer, Mac starts to act strangely.

Couldn't detect any malware, but the Mac sometimes will wake up from sleep at night.
This Mac is currently running High Sierra (highest version it can take).
I have used it for months without issues. The weirdness starts after installing 5KPlayer.
I have downloaded from their official website (perhaps a mirror is getting corrupted?)

Other behavior is that after waking up from sleep, the password field will not appear for a while.
And when it does, the keyboard and Trackpad wouldn't respond. Then it goes back to sleep. After trying again, it will eventually wake up, and then I can enter the password.

Anyone experiencing the above, or any other unexplainable behavior?
