swap with pro. possible on apple store?

Bought my air at apple store and since then It was replaced 3x
. Then I'm seeing another hardware flaw.. the bezel scratch and screen is getting worse.

Can I just ask the genius if they can swap to pro? Anyone did this?

Its the new MacBook air.

The MacBook Air 3,1 came out in October 2010 so saying that it is the new MacBook Air does not answer how old it is. I believe the local Apple Store will not swap the unit out instead you will have to go through AppleCare.
