Swapping hardware from silver to black on ocean band

I have a black AWU2 and I also have an orange ocean band. How can I swap out the silver hardware on the ocean band for the black hardware on the new ocean bands.

Mostly trying to figure out how to remove the end piece with the locking clasp since the other piece easily slides out

You can’t, I’ve been trying myself and it seems the buckle is not removable, shame I’d love to swap to a black buckle on my orange ocean band as well.

I was wondering the same.. lol A shame Apple discontinued the Orange band. Would be perfect with the black watch/hardware
