I downloaded a SWF off the net it's actually a porgram in SWF format, anyway, it dosen't work in quick time well and some functions don't work. Is there any way to open this with flash? Any help is apperiacated.

Yes. Just go to the Flash web site, download the software, install it, and get on with life.

Its not a program, its a browser plug-in. Go to the MIME-settings of QuickTime and make sure that you Flash files are deselected. The QuickTime plug-in has problems with some Flash files, but the Flash plug-in works just fine with them.
