Thank you, from some reason Google did give me anything usable.

That’s the user guide for macOS, I can’t find the one for iPadOS version 4.0, V3.4 is available, any assistance will be appreciated.

I don't know if such a user manual exists presently for iPadOS' Swift Playgrounds 4. But Paul Hudson has an excellent video running through making an initial app with it. It's aimed at people who haven't programmed before but it also takes you through Playgrounds enough that I'd say it's a fine watch for any skill level
