Has anyone else found the Multi-touch trackpad gesture to "swipe between pages" using two/three fingers very dodgy?

I am wondering whether there are any under-the-hood tweaks I can do, or am I just "swiping it wrong"?

The problem I'm experiencing is in Safari...

Not sure how to best explain it; many times, it takes 3-4 attempts to swipe backwards when I try to use it to return to the previous page in Safari. Usually, it will not start 'sliding' the page back on the first try and I have to do it a few more times, and sometimes, it 'pops' back before I've slid it far enough to the right for it to go back to the previous page. Also, I've had it get stuck a few times where the page is right at the edge of the screen and it just stays there and I have to use the arrows on the toolbar.

Sorry, I know that was a horrible description, but hopefully you get the idea.

Swiping does work for the most part, so I can’t say what’s wrong. However, I do have the issue with the page getting stuck sometimes. This is most certainly a bug and I reported it to Apple numerous times.
