Any way to swap the actions that swipe down shows the widgets so I can access from any app instead of just the home screen swiping right?

You might have to press home twice if you're in a folder, or swipe right multiple times if not on first home page, etc. so swipe down and right is often quicker

Just like before, you swipe down to get Notification Center and swipe right to get the Today screen with widgets (the only difference is that it doesn't remember the last screen you were on and you would usually get notifications first and would need to swipe right).

It's annoying that it doesn't remember which of the two screens your were on last. Hopefully they'll fix it. It's still like this in 10.0.2.
