Swipe Gestures Keep Turning Off

I am running Sonoma 14.6.1 and the swipe gesture to swipe between pages using 2 fingers left and right keeps disabling itself.

It was doing the same before I upgraded to 14.6.1 over the weekend so isn't a new bug to this release.

If I go back in and re-enable it then it works fine for a while and then a day or two later is disabled all by itself again.

Has anyone else seen the same thing?
