swipe to answer calls bug

if i have unread alerts on the lock screen, ( not in notification center, just on the lock screen) and have touch ID enabled, the screen is sometimes unresponsive when receiving a call. pressing of home button, volume buttons or power button does not hep ... it is impossible to swipe to answer.
removing touch ID is the only solution.
has no one else experienced this?

i had seen that one, and one more.
just surprised that a lot more people haven't experienced this in ios 10.
what could it be in settings that would be triggering this behaviour?
