Hello there!

I'm experiencing a rather odd 'bug' with OS X 10.11.3 I'm not sure if it's a problem only for this version of OS X but I'll post it here and see if anyone has any idea.

Example of what is going on:

Desktop 1 - Safari
Desktop 2 - Mail
Desktop 3 - Blank Desktop
Desktop 4 - iTunes

If I swipe back and forth from Safari to Mail it's fine - no issues.
If I swipe from Safari to Mail and then go to the blank desktop and stop, it'll swipe me BACK to the Mail desktop!
If I swipe back from Mail into the blank desktop right after that, it'll stay in the blank desktop!

It does this all the time now! I have no idea what is causing it. It's not a serious annoyance but it is getting on my nerves now. It just started the other day. I'm not sure if it's some feature to take you out of a blank desktop or if it's a bug.

By the way, it makes no difference what apps I have open in the other desktop areas - I just used those apps I listed as examples.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Thanks in advance!

Just tried to recreate your bug unsuccessfully using your example... have you tried a reboot?

Yes. Multiple times. And yeah, I've never encountered this before a few days ago.
