All Devices Swiping left to dismiss a screenshot adds it to Photos. Deleting a screenshot adds it to the Deleted folder in Photos.

I’m running iOS 13.1 Public Beta 4. I just realized that swiping left on a newly taken screenshot to dismiss it when it appears in the lower left of the home screen adds it to Photos.

On top of that, after opening a screenshot to edit/share it and pressing the trash can icon, the screenshot is sent to the Deleted folder in Photos.

Surely these are bugs? Can anyone reproduce this?

Swiping left on the tiny thumbnail after a screenshot has always saved it to photos. It’s an easy way to get it off of the screen without waiting for the one or two seconds to pass.

This is how it’s always worked for me on iOS 12. Even the deleted items folder. Photos will stay in deleted for 30 days unless you manually clear out the deleted folder.
