Before updating to iOS 13, I was able to get to the first home screen when swiping from the bottom with My iPhone X. Now it doesn’t do that with iOS 13. If I’m on the last icon screen, I have to manually swipe right several times to get to the first home screen. Is there a fix for this?

Don’t have a fix but just tested and it still works for me... reboot maybe?

Why make two same threads?

On the topic, there's no real fix, as it's a beta version and it's obvious there will be bugs. The only "fix" is to reinstall iOS 13
