has anyone noticed that you can now send and recieve MMS'? Well does anyone know how to configure the settings for it? Thanks

well if your on at&t, it no longer works. they pulled the plug.

I think that is crap too. AT&T makes money off multimedia messages, why should they care if you are using a 3rd party app on an iPhone or not? My only hope is that MMS is in development for the iPhone and that is the reason AT&T isn't allowing iPhone users to have MMS enabled plans.

From what I understand you have to call AT&T and add a multimedia messaging plan to your account and it'll work, can anyone confirm? Just tell them that at times you use a different phone with your iPhone SIM for MMSing if they ask? Don't know. I installed Swirly and applied the appropriate settings, but haven't activated MMS on the account. I've never used MMS before, so I obviously don't have a need for it, so I'm not going to pay extra. But it would be nice to just see if it works or not.

Just read up on it... Looks like that was what you could have done a month ago, but now ATT blocked all iPhones from sending or receiving MMS. Interesting that they would do that...
