iPhone Switch from iphone 5 to iphone 4 both verizon?

So how do i go about switching from my 5 back to the 4? I dont wanna have to restore my 5, and i wanna keep it to i can reverse this action at any time. How do do this?

And im not sure what forum this should be in, but this seemed like the best choice.

Are they both Verizon phones ?

If so, take the iPhone4 into a Verizon store and have them make it your active handset.

Alright. I wont have to deactivate my 5 or restore it? Cause i dont wanna loose 6.1.2 on my iphone 5, but i want to use my 4 this year at high school, considering last year, an apple hater threw my iphone 5 across the table, i would rather use my iphone 4 instead durring school, and i will probable switch back after about 4 or 5 months. And yes, both verizon phones.

To use the iphone you will have to deactivate 5, however you should be able to dial *228 on the iphone 4 to activate not to sure I this works if not you can activate through my verizon or iTunes no need to go to a VZW store

You can deactivate and activate both on verizon's website.
