Good evening everybody :)

I am in the process of converting my entire DVD library into digital format so that I can stream it to my TV via Apple TV.
I am using handbrake and I found out that I can set handbrake to convert the DVD with two languages. In Quicktime I can then switch between English and German (what I set handbrake to convert into) really easily over -View--> Languages.
However if I put the movie into iTunes I can no longer change the language. The German is grayed out both on screen video controls and the Controls-> Audio & Subtitles. ???
I also cannot change the language on the apple TV.
Is there anyway to be able to switch the languages in iTunes and AppleTV like I do in quicktime?
Maybe it has something to do with the audio format. Does it need to be the exact same format as the english one? Handbrake sets a default different format for the second audio track.
Cheers

On another note, is it possible to stop iTunes and quicktime from going into a new space when fullscreen is activated? Its really annoying when tring to figure stuff like this out.

Cheers people :)
