Switch off roaming

Off to Spain in the next few days and went to check "data roaming" was switch off on my iPhone but I can't find the option under v2.0.

Can anyone tell me what this has now become or where the option is please.

So I with the networks roaming shut off I dont have to worry about it? I'm planning a trip to Tijuana tomorrow and was just going to set my phone to airplane mode to try to avoid any roaming charges.
