Is iCloud a magnitude of order better than MobileMe right now when it comes to Contacts and Calendars?

I have one client right now who is having trouble with her Calendar sync across her iPhone, iPad and Mac. I made some adjustments to it last week but she called and complained that it's still not working. May be as simple as she's not putting things on the correct calendar. I'm going to have to go have a look at it.

But, I was thinking: "Why fix yet another MobileMe sync problem when iCloud will be available in a couple more days?". She'll have to pay me again to help her make the transition to iCloud anyway.

So, is iCloud on release day more stable and reliable that MobileMe ever was?

Man good thread! I was gonna make something similar. I don't know if I should merge my MobileMe account right away into iCloud. or wait weeks, months, or even wait until MobileMe account expired! I still have about a year left when Apple bumped my subscription date. :D

Don't know about stable and reliable, but the web apps are leaps and bounds ahead of MobileMe in terms of speed. Haven't had a chance yet to try out all of the syncing since I don't have a dev preview of Lion.
