Switching apps including multiple Word

Hi,

As per the screenshot below, I have 7 open Word documents. When I try to switch between them, either using ~ key or clicking Word on dock, it doesn't switch between all of them. I want to switch between all of them. Where am I going wrong?! I note two of them have white circles by the file name, another one with a tick, and some have no symbol. I guess I'm missing something obvious or doing something wrong, please any suggestions? Thank you

The ones with circles might be minimized and that is why they are not visible when switching with ~

Hi bogdanw, Those two were alternating when I clicked the Excel icon on the dock. None of the others were. It's helpful to hear that the circle is because they were minimised. But the others are minimised too. I wonder what else is making them different? Thank you
