iOS Switching between networks automatically

Hello every body
I would like to know is it possible for application to check the available network (like UMTS,WIFI) , and if for example now application work with UMTS network and it automatically discover new WIFI network is available , it switch to that network automatically ?

Not possible through the SDK. This is handled automatically, and based on the device's settings, by the underlying iPhone OS.
