My all family members were subscribed to 200GB plan. I (Organized) recently switched to 2TB and I want to add them to my shared storage, so we don't have to pay for each Individual plan as I have a plenty of free space. My question is, do I have to cancel their Individual plans once I move them to mine shared, or it's cancelled automatically?

When you share your iCloud storage, any family members using the free 5GB plan are added to your family plan automatically.

If a family member is already paying for their own iCloud storage plan, they can choose to switch to your plan or keep their own and still remain part of the family. When they switch to the shared family plan, they get a refund for the remainder of their personal plan. They can't keep their current plan and use the shared family plan at the same time.

Great, thanks, that was exactly what I was asking.

Each of them will need to cancel their individual plan once they are moved to the shared plan.

Hmm, that’s the quite opposite of what @techwarrior just said, right?

That is a copy\paste from the Apple article, so I would take it as gospel.

I assume it means Apple will cancel their individual subscriptions when they join your Family plan. But I don't know where to view active subscriptions, iCloud settings (web), and AppleID don't show it. You would see the iCloud data available in Mac or iOS iCloud preferences, but that will be the current plan, in this case Family. I suppose you could wait to see if a billing comes in the next month and contact Apple if it continues billing.

FWIW, just did something very similar myself. My wife and I were each paying for 50GB accounts. I upgraded to 200GB myself, turned on Family Sharing, added her and it migrated her over. Nothing to cancel on her part.
