Switching from Mission Control directly into App Expose?

Hello,

i've read somewhere that there should be a shortcut to switch from Mission Control directly into the App Expose, I guess for the application the mouse cursor is hovering over. I can't find it anymore...can you guys help me? Is there such a key?

no i mean switching directly from mission control into app expose. ctrl + down first switches back into the selected app. Isn't there any shortcut to show all app windows in app expose view from mission control? Maybe I also got it wrong and it isn't possible at all... searching for 1h now ^^
