I currently have an MSN email address... I also use that as my AppleID for Contacts, Calendar, iTunes, etc.

I know that there is no possible way to merge AppleID's... But, I would like to take FULL advantage of a me.com email address. I would like to disable msn.com for everything BUT iTunes. How can I tell my devices to sync my Address Book, Calendar, etc with the info I have in the MSN cloud?

Would I have to log in using my MSN AppleID, then export all my Address Books, Calendars, etc, then log out, then login using my new ME.com AppleID, then import everything back in, then start the sync?

I wonder if you could make a @me.com alias from your MSN Apple ID. This way, sure, you'd be entering MSN information for your Apple ID, but you could use the @me.com address for your frequent/daily usage.

I have a main @mac.com address to which I have ~3 aliases that I use more than the main address. I type in the main address pretty much only when I need to type in the Apple ID.

you should be able to set up a @me.com address inside your MSN Apple ID. I was able to do this with my gmail when i set up my icloud. I simply logged into icloud using my existing gmail apple ID and then clicked on the mail and it asked me what i wanted to set up my @me.com email as and there we go it was set up and as soon as i logged in on my other devices to icloud for the first time with my gmail apple ID, it showed the @me.com as another email account (besides my gmail already set up on my iOS).

Sorry if this doesnt make sense, but just log into icloud with your MSN one and try setting up the @me email in there.

Why do you feel you need the .me account? If you dont need it, just change your Apple ID to your MSN email address. Once you do that, just relogin to all of your iDevices using your new Apple ID.

Do you use a Mac? PC? Does your e-mail and contact information sync with any computer software?

Tell us more.

My preference is to do this kind of transition using a computer as I find that a bit simpler to deal with. But I'd have to know what you're using to give better advice.
