iPhone Switching out themes music player skin?

Hi everyone. I'm rocking the boss iOS theme and love it with exception of the skin on the music (iPod) app looks horrible on the iPhone 5. Is there any way to unskin it and use stock skin and still keep theme active. I'm a theme newbie so pease be gentle.
