I've had the iPhone X and now the OnePlus 6 and the OnePlus 6 is the only phone of the two that will give me all day battery life... the only metric I care about. The OP6 is pretty dang good with battery. I can go from unplugging at 630am to plugging in at bedtime without topping off during the day (some really heavy use days may see some top up but that's not common). I couldn't say the same thing about my X. Obviously, YMMV and everyone's usage is different.

He literally said that he heard the OP6 had worse battery life than the X. That's it. That's all that was said.
