SwitchResX broken clamshell mode?

I was playing around with SwitchResX today on my M1 MBA with Apple Studio Display. Now, clamshell mode is no longer working...

If I log in as test user, it works.

I have (I think) completely removed SwitchResX and clamshell mode still not working. Very frustrated right now. Any ideas?
