As apple won't let 3rd party keyboards on the lock screen.

Is there a tweak that gets around this?, as its very annoying when trying to use quick reply.

Thanks.

I don't understand.... what exactly are you trying to do?
You get a message notification on LS, you swipe left, for quick reply and......

Huh? That makes no sense. You're looking for a fix to their quick reply implementation. Doesn't exist yet.

....and the standard keyboard appears, I want the swype keyboard to work instead.

Oh now I understand. I'm not sure there's a way with a tweak right now, and not sure what controls that. Obviously Apple does it for security (having an app have interactive access on the lock screen for obvious reasons)... one would think someone in the JB community would come up with something.

Personally I'd much rather see them focusing on a replacement for the god awful quick reply issue with texts coming in on top of each other (or just release BiteSMS or Messages + that works well, hehe). I think those solutions would appease you as well.

i really liked bitesms too, it's just a shame it hasn't been updated for iOS 8.

I used swype on android for years and loved it, it's just so annoying now its on the iPhone it's not available for quick reply.

I use quick reply for literally a quick reply and swype is so much faster than the stock keyboard.

Pity there isn't a tweak out, but i suppose it's only a minor annoyance really.:)
