I have 3 different iTunes libraries. iPhone, MBP, iMac.
I would like that on all 3 units all songs are present, but I don't create 3 different playlists. At the mo I have eg. rap1, rap2 and rap3 even though they differ only in a few songs added on the respective device !!
Possible?? and HOW???

I would just merge them into one library and create three different playlists from there. Having three iTunes libraries might cause trouble on the long run.

I agree with Shirasaki - one library for the macs would be best and easy to do and then use playlist sync for the phone to allow the updates on the library to appear on the iPhone.

The downside is you would have to connect the macs to allow access to the single iTunes library - or install the iTunes Data folder on a separate drive and connect to both macs to that drive.
