On an older version of my Mac operating system I used to use Silverkeeper to sync my dropbox and my iCloud drive. Now I am running OS Monterey. Is there a way to do that in this operating system?

How, exactly, are you synching? You have

1.Files on your Mac not in iCloud
2.Mac Files which are synched to iCloud
3.Files in, I assume, your dropbox folder that synch to dropbox.

If your master copies are on your Mac it may be simpler to sync from there to the respective services rather than from service to service which might be slower given there would be a network connection between the two endpoints.

My primary storage is in dropbox, but I want to sync my dropbox to my iCloud Drive as a safety precaution in case anything ever happens to my Dropbox. What I liked about Silverkeeper was that it would automatically sync those files at 4 AM every morning and I did not have to think about doing it. That’s what I’m hoping I can find something where I can schedule an automatic sync every day.

Not a great backup strategy as neither iCloud nor Dropbox is a true backup service. No recovery of deleted files after 30 days depending on your plan. The recommended 3-2-1 strategy would involve physical backups placed off-site, among other things.
