I am trying to find where my Camera Roll photos (the ones taken with my iPhone) are on my computer after Syncing with my iPhone, but cant seem to locate them anywhere. The photos in the folder I designated to sync with seem to load onto the iPhone fine, but I cannot find my iPhone photos on my comp.

I am on a crusty ole PC using WinXP with photoshop installed. iPhoto is only available for Macs? Is there a way to click and drag my Cameral roll photos over manually?

Thx for playing help the noob. I plugged my iPhone in for a sync, and saw for the first time an option to open my camera photos with a list of programs. thx again.

With a windows computer (either xp or vista) you can always go to 'my computer'. It'll show the iphone as a camera device and clicking on it will open up the folder to where your camera roll photos are.
