Sync Issue

This is the message I get when I try to sync my iPhone.

The iPhone “Personal iPhone” cannot be synced because there is not enough free space to hold all of the items in the iTunes library (additional 3.04 GB required).

The Capacity bar says I have 11GB free space.

Any ideas how to fix this?

you need to tick the box that says about the higer bit rate songs in Itunes when you plug your phone in, to convert them down. Its the tick box near the one that says Manually manage music etc

Also had the same problem and i was 12GB over my memory
