Everything is perfect, I only have three problems:

1 - Mail - solved
I have a few mailboxes inside Mail.app that I file my mails into. This way my inbox is nice and clean. I have IMAP syncing turned on, so everything should be fine. When I log into me.com, I see an empty inbox, but no mailboxes.

2 - Calendar - solved
Everything syncs, but the appointment times are all wrong on the web. iCal has everything the way it should be, but MobileMe messes up the start points, end points and so on. Could this be because I changed the end of day settings in iCal? Not sure.

2.1 - Calendar pushing
I replaced some events online, only to find out days later that in iCal, everything was still the way it was before I did that. So apparently, MobileMe didn't push anything anywhere.

3 - Web Galleries
Publishing an event in iPhoto and uploading pictures inside MobileMe isn't the same thing, apparently. When I delete an album online, I have to delete it inside iPhoto, too. Also, when I set up an album online and add pictures to it, the gallery doesn't show up in iPhoto. Is that even a bug, or just the way it works?

These are the only issues, but as you can imagine, they make the whole thing quite annoying to use.

Dunno about the other 2 (don't use Me mail and not played with the galleries yet) but:

Turn on time zone support in the calendar options > advanced on the website.

I guess 'perfect' is different for different people!
The 'perfect' was in reference to the screams of pain all over the internet lately. I had to hear from Gizmodo that there had actually been server problems with MobileMe. Everything worked fine for me right from the start.

alFR - Thanks a bunch, issue 2 is solved now. Woohoo!

Did you create the folders in the me.com interface?

I'm in the trial right now, but when I signed up for it I created the folders in the me.com interface and when I setup my mail.app on my mac it synced up and showed the folders I created on my me.com interface...

When you created the mailboxes in mail.app, did you set the location to "on my mac" or your mobileme account?

If it's set to on my mac, it will not sync with mobileme. If you set it to your mobileme account, it'll sync.

I set the mailboxes to "on my Mac", so that's probably what's causing that. Is there any way to change their location on the fly, preserving their content and everything?

I too have been having problems with Mobile Me, for instance I cannot publish an iWeb or Photo Gallery. I believe that they systems are down. Earlier I read they were having problems again.. We will see apparently...

Will be nice when they get all the quarks worked out!

Another issue: I added a few events to MobileMe Calendar online, and a couple of days later, when I opened iCal, they weren't there. Doesn't sound like push to me.
