Hey everyone,
I have some problem with the sync between my contacts on my iPhone 11 Pro IOS 14.7 and my MacBook Air 2020 BigSur.
On my iPhone I got more then 1,000 contacts but on my Mac, I can see only a few contacts. both devises have the same Icloud.
How can I sync my contacts?

thanks, Denis.

It would be helpful to know what your iCloud Contacts settings are on both devices.

And: on the Mac, make sure "All Contacts" under iCloud in the left column of Contacts is selected.

On your iPhone: Settings > Account > iCloud > Apps Using iCloud > is Contacts enabled?
On your Mac: System Preferences > Apple ID > is Contacts enabled?
Yes sir, both of them are enabled.
And: on the Mac, make sure "All Contacts" under iCloud in the left column of Contacts is selected.
Yes, its selected.
On iPhone Contacts, under Groups (upper left corner) is "All iCloud" ticked?
Yes.

Thank you for response guys!

Do you have an "On my iPhone" showing on the iPhone Contacts? If contacts were made before turning on iCloud, they will wind up there and not sync.

And iirc, if contacts are coming from a 3rd party (eg. Exchange, Gmail) those do not sync via iCloud. Need to turn those on on the Mac.

On my contacts I have only 2 groups, "All Gmail" and "All iCloud". Also the contacts that I added today didn't sync with my Mac contacts.

Looking over the thread, not sure which account the contacts are being added to, Google or Apple/iCloud.

So, need to go into Google's Contacts web page to do some spot checking to see if contacts are there.

And go into web icloud.com to spot check contacts there.

At that point have a better idea if it's one or both cloud services acting up. Or settings/configuration of one of the devices.
