Hi there
I have Snow Leopard installed on my Mac. I also have a virtual installation of Windows 7 in Fusion 3. In addition to that I have an iPod Touch 4.
If I was to install iOS 5 and use iCloud, could I sync my iPod Touch to my iTunes in Snow Leopard, when it is attached vis USB and wirelessly to my virtual Windows 7 iTunes? I get the impression that answer is yes because it would come under the 5 devices ruling.
This will of course waste disc space on my Macbook but I would like to make use of the wireless technology for syncing my calendars, yet there are times when I don't have windows 7 running because my memory is currently the official 4GB maximum and other programmes, such as Aperture, also require a fair amount of it.
I may soon unofficially increase my memory but for now because of the memory I have and some programmes I own being powerPC apps, I'd rather not upgrade to Lion at this stage.
I have of course sent feedback to Apple asking for Snow Leopard support and pointing out the vista support; Vista being an older programme than Snow Leopard.
