Hi,

I am trying to sync my work Outlook...which is on exchange 2003...with my iPhone.

When I go into iTunes...and tick the 'sync selected email accounts' and drop this to outlook. Nothing happens when i hit sync...or even if i tick the 'email accounts' box in 'advanced'.

When i change the drop down to outlook...should i see a list of email accounts i.e. should i not see the one in question here.

Is ther something i am missing...should something be turned on in exchange.

Thanks,
Kieran

iPhone doesn't really support real exchange, unless certain less-secure features are enabled on the exchange server (SMTP and SSL for starters).

The way I have to do mine is:

Create new IMAP account NOT exchange
Incoming server is the normal incoming exchange server
Outgoing I have to use my personal comcast account smtp.comcast.net to bounce outgoing off of.
