Sync Safari bookmarks to Chrome

I have started using Mac OS, Mac Mini M1, along with my Windows 10 PC.

Currently, I use Safari on Mac OS and Google Chrome on Windows.

What is the best way to sync my Safari bookmarks to Chrome, thus, always having them up to date?

Should be with iCloud for Windows, there are a Bookmark option :
