Sync settings - does this make sense?

Hello,

I just got myself Mobile Me and I love how it syncs my emails, calendar info and contacts directly onto my phone.

Now in iTunes I've got the sync options for calendar info and contacts enabled.

Since Mobile Me syncs those for me outside of iTunes, should I disable them in iTunes? Any compelling reasons to do that / not to?

i have those boxes unchecked and let mobile me synch everything up. not sure if it correct or not, but it seems to work well this way.
