iPod Sync TV Shows By Season

I have Lost in iTunes all with the correct meta data etc. I only want to sync season 4 to my ipod. How do I do it? The only option I seem to have is all or nothing. I can't even manually choose episodes.

Make a Playlist. Add the shows you want. Select you iPod and then under TV shows click Selected and pull down and choose Playlist.
