Sync wifes and my Calender iCal

Hello,

My wife and I would like to be able to share each others Calenders in iCal. When I make a new appointment, this appointment shall show up in her calender without any invite... and vice versa...

Is that possible with iCal or do I need to buy some 3rd part software?

Just sync your calendar with iCloud and then go to www.icloud.com to share it with her.
She should do the same and share hers with you

This is exactly what we do in my house, prior to iCloud we used google for this but have since migrated to iCloud.
