Sync with Health App

Does anyone have any advice on why no data is shown on the dashboard of Heart Rate, Blood Pressure and Sleep Analysis in the iPhone Health App although the relevant information from the sources of Heart Rate App, SmartBP App and Sleep Cycle App are shown in the Health Data folder?

Yes, and I am using an iPhone 6S Plus

FWIW I have the same issue - data has sync'ed with the Patient Access app without a problem up until the 9.3 update.
