Sync with iCloud / Desktop Mac

I'm sorry if this has been addressed already.

I have the latest version of Lion beta, iCLoud, iOS, Itunes, etc... I merged all my me.com account to iCloud. I checked off all the contacts, bookmarks, calendars in icloud (contact, cal sync) but how do you initiate the sync.

All my info syncs with my ipads, iphones etc, but doesnt seem to sync with desktop after the merge with mobileme. I'm still not sure how to initiate the sync, there is no sync button for iCloud unless Im missing it. If i use the sync icon on the top right on the desk top it shows last sync days ago with mobileme.

Any help would be great

I have, I assume it just does it without any promt or sync button?. Remember with mobileme you have that little circle spinning next to the time on the top right of the screen when it was sycning, not now I guess?

There is no sync button, it just syncs automatically. All I can suggest is double checking you have the latest updates (26 Aug) and removing the MobileMe account completely.
