Synching and removing .PDF files from iBooks

If I start transferring .PDF files to my 4S from iTunes via iBooks and delete them from my iPhone will they delete from iTunes after my next synch?

Thanks.
 
Nope, they sure won't. Neither will podcasts, music or videos. You're only removing them from the device.
