I got an Ipod 3rd Gen. That i use for the gym and i like to have updated songs on it quite frequently.
Now I can't figure out what the best setup here is for me. I currently have a macbook, desktop (rarely used) and a windows 7 laptop (my abuser).
I currently out my music on a external hard drive so i have it with me no matter what machine i jump on or where i go.
But i find that iTunes (used for synching ipod) is really slow in transferring songs over from the external to the ipod for some odd reason..
I am just wondering is there a way i can set iTunes to automatically set to once the external is connected to update the music library with whatever songs are new??
Also any ideas why its so slow in synching? And is it possible to sync the ipod with another machine besides the mac? Every time i connect it, it says it needs to wipe it out first before i can sync if i try to do it on another machine besides the mac.
