Does anybody know of a decent hack to sync files easily between a MacBook Pro and a Windows XP desktop?

I would really just like to be able to come home with my laptop, open it up into the wireless environment, and have everything happen magically. Third party software would be fine.

Or know any decent quick'n dirty hacks with a flash drive?

Nothing magical - but you could try something like SilverKeeper.

It's a backup application, however I've used it in the past to sync files between a Mac and a PC. Only issue I had with it, was if I wanted to delete a file, I'd have to delete it manually on the Mac and the PC - otherwise it'd simply recopy the file from one to another again.

Basically copy all your docs to one machine, then backup those files to the other - then synchronise folders from then on.
