Synching videos on iPhone but not on ATV3.

Hey guys,

I have some home movies I'd like on my iPhone for long travels or whatnot, but being videos that are private between my girlfriend and I (It's not what it sounds like), I'd rather not have them on my Apple TV automatically, since we have a lot of people over. I've been looking through settings for about an hour or two, so maybe I'm missing something.

Can I put said videos on iTunes to have them synchronize with my iPhone, but also so that they won't show on my Apple TV?
