Syncing bookmarks

I set my bookmarks on my computer. My phone keeps changing them back to what is on my phone. i would like the oppisite. I can find where to change this.

Get the bookmarks how you want them on your computer then open the MM pref panel and in advanced tell it to replace all data in MM cloud with data from your computer. Phone should then pick up those changes.
