syncing Calendar

Is it possible to sync the Calendar of my iPhone, with the Calendar on Yosemite? I want to use my iPhone Calendar as the master app of the two so it can be synced on Yosemite.

You need to sync both devices with an online service...then they'll both show the same stuff and you could use either to add events.

Check your iPhone to see the current calendar situation. When you open the Calendar app and touch the red "Calendars" at the bottom of the screen, what do you see?
